How the Journey Began
In 2014, two young and open-minded nurses decided to open a home care business. The first Home Care VNA office was in Hartford Connecticut. They soon recognized a need for quality home health care within the underserved and disenfranchised communities. With a strong commitment to serving communities and providing exceptional care, the agency quickly grew.
